The rules
- Every paid order adds credit to your stash: a share of what you pay, set by your level. Your first paid order also adds 500 points (€5.00), valid for 90 days.
- Credit is added when your order is paid, at the level you had before that order. Your level is set by your lifetime spend, net of refunds.
- When you are signed in, your credit is used at checkout. You can use less or switch it off for any order. It pays for products only (never shipping) and always leaves at least €1 to pay. Credit works together with your discount codes. If a code needs a minimum order, we use only as much credit as keeps you above it.
- Credit you earn from 3 November 2026 is valid for 90 days from the day it is added to your stash. The credit that expires soonest is always used first. Credit you held before 3 November 2026 can be used up to and including 31 December 2026; whatever is left of it after that day expires.
- Refunded items take back the credit they earned. Credit you used comes back if the order is cancelled or never paid, and in proportion if it is refunded.
